Here at BLES management we offer a variety of services, to help make managing your Home, Vacation Home and Property a breeze. We provide both on and off season services for the community of Wellington, Florida and the surrounding areas. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Know that you will get to enjoy the benefits of worry-free management. Management of all homes are tracked on an iPhone or Android app which you can download for free to your phone. This App will allow you to follow the management of your home year round including photos. For example, you are wondering when was the last time your HVAC filters were changed, just check the app and click on the pictures.

Seasonal: Departure
| Pick up your car from the airport. |
| Have the housekeeper arrive and thoroughly clean house. Including all linens. |

| Check HVAC and change filters monthy or as needed. |

| Schedule automobile and golf carts to be cleaned. |
Farm Management Service
(pricing available upon request)
| Coordinate and accept feed, hay, shavings. | Level turnout areas during summer so that they will be ready for winter. |
| Prep stalls for arrival with fresh water and hay if desired. | Have fences painted and or mended. |
| Assist with meeting horse transporters. | Make sure that motorcycles and golf carts are ready for use. |
| Make sure that landscapers have prepped the turnout areas. | Verify that gate is in working order. |
| Ensure fly spray system, well, and irrigation is working properly. | |
We have 2 seasoned employees that have previously managed successful competition hunter/jumper barns.
We also can provide our services to non-management plan clients for a $50/hour fee with a minimum of one hour.
